CET Earthing System
Our range of CET earthing systems is a neat and effective way to terminate and bond all sizes of SWA cables within a narrow space, typically lampposts, traffic signs or distribution cabinets. Cable glands, kits and accessories are available to support our CETs.
It says much for our practical problem solving and creative design skills that one of our earliest innovations, the CET Earthing System, is now used as standard across the street lighting industry.

- Easy to use industry standard system
- Allows easy and effective connection and termination of SWA cable
- Cable terminations are made from the front without the need of a spanner
- Strong, simple design ideal for limited available space
- Exceeds BSI (cable gland) torque test
- Removes need for brass gland plates in cut-outs
- Main terminal components are zinc plated solid brass to prevent corrosion
- Single or multiple earth take-off points
- Supplied complete with jubilee clip

The CET system has a full range of earthing accessories:
- BW and CW brass cable glands (to BS6121) – in three sizes to accommodate
two, three, or four-core cables, from 1.5mm-35mm, kits available - Stand-off gland plates – manufactured from 2mm brass to accept a range of
compression gland sizes - Solid brass earth blocks
- Earth straps
